On the basis of Gate Scores:

Candidates having valid scores in Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) can only be eligible to take admission in M.tech course. They will be given first preference during seat allotment. Whereas direct admissions are also granted to the candidates as they do not need to appear for the entrance examination.

Entrance for Non-GATE Students:

This is for those students who have to appear for GATE examinations but they are Non-GATE candidates. Seat allotment and merit list will be prepared on the basis of marks obtained in the entrance examinations.
